Recent Career Development
Jordan Field has made significant strides in his career at Poole Audi. He recently became an accredited Sales Specialist and an Audi Sport Expert. His journey has been marked by a deep dive into product knowledge, customer care, and the intricacies of the Audi range.
Starting Date and Career Path
Jordan started with Poole Audi in September 2018 as an Apprentice Technician. Straight out of school, he embarked on his apprenticeship in the workshop and became an accredited Service Technician. This apprenticeship lasted 3.5 years, with some delays due to COVID-19. On the day of his final exam, Jordan spoke to the Head of Business about transitioning into Sales, and within a month, he made the move. By April 2022, he was working in sales, and after 13 months as a Trainee Sales Specialist, he achieved the status of Accredited Sales Specialist. Additionally, Jordan gained some experience as a Service Advisor during his apprenticeship.
Favourite Aspects of the Job
Jordan’s favourite part of his job is leveraging his workshop experience in his sales role. His extensive technical knowledge allows him to engage with customers more effectively, providing insights that many others might not possess. This unique blend of skills makes Jordan an invaluable asset to the Poole Audi team.
Why Poole Audi?
Jordan has always had a passion for Audi, dating back to his childhood. Despite receiving apprenticeship offers from other manufacturers, Audi was always his first choice. When the opportunity at Poole Audi arose, it was an easy decision for him to make.
Favourite Audi Model
Jordan’s favourite Audi is the Audi TT. He admires this Audi model for its distinctive look, quality, and heritage. The Audi TT holds a special place in his heart, representing the pinnacle of what he loves about the Audi brand.
Interesting Facts
Outside of his professional life, Jordan loves to travel and has visited countries like France, Poland, Portugal, and Spain. He recently went snowboarding for the first time in the Polish mountains, adding to his list of adventurous activities.
Jordan’s diverse experiences and passion for both his work and personal interests make him a remarkable member of the Poole Audi team. His journey from an Apprentice Vehicle Technician to an Accredited Sales Specialist is a testament to his dedication and love for the Audi brand.
