Starting Date and Career Progression
Jordan began his journey with Poole Audi in April 2024. Starting as a Trainee Sales Specialist, he quickly transitioned to the Service team within five weeks, to begin his Service to Sales role.

Previous Experience and Career Transition
Before joining Poole Audi, Jordan had two and a half years of experience in car sales. Although he took a brief break to explore a different career path, his passion for the automotive industry brought him back. Jordan believes once you’re in the car sales world, it’s hard to leave, and he’s thrilled to be back in a role he loves.
Current Role and Aspirations
Jordan is most excited about his new role in Service to Sales because it allows him to be more customer-facing. He enjoys meeting new people and maintaining the cycle of Audi ownership within families. Jordan sees this role as a crucial niche in the business, helping customers transition from servicing their current vehicles to potentially upgrading to new ones. His goal is to ensure that each customer’s journey is seamless and personalised, enhancing their overall experience with Audi.
Choosing Poole Audi
Jordan chose to work at Poole Audi because of the exceptional customer service he experienced firsthand. He used to bring his own Audi cars here for service and was always impressed by the professionalism and hospitality. This positive impression made him want to be part of such a reputable business.
Favourite Audi Model
Jordan’s favourite Audi has always been the Audi RS 5. He admires its shape, performance, and overall aesthetic. However, for practicality, his current favourite is the Audi RS Q3, a perfect blend of family-friendly functionality and sporty excitement.
Interesting Fact
Outside of his career at Poole Audi, Jordan owns his own catering business specialising in American-style BBQ. Equipped with smokers, pizza ovens, grills, and barbecues, he caters private functions and pop-up events, bringing his passion for delicious food to life.
